French Beef Meatballs
400g of ground beef steak 400克碎牛肉
125 g of ground hazelnuts 125克榛子粉
2 tbsp. of raisins 2湯匙葡萄乾
2 eggs 2隻蛋
3 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil 3湯匙橄欖油
Salt and pepper 鹽和胡椒
Preheat the oven to 180° C 將烤箱預熱到180°C
Combine the meat, eggs, ground hazelnuts and raisins in a large bowl. 將碎牛肉，蛋，榛子粉和葡萄乾放入一個大碗中。
Season with salt and pepper. 用鹽和胡椒粉調味。
Mold meatballs in the palm of your hand then place them on a plate, coat them with olive oil and bake for 35 minutes in the oven.
Serve the piping hot meatballs with a salad seasoned with a hazelnut oil vinaigrette.
