400g ground beef 400克牛肉碎

1 pc. Sweet pepper 1個甜椒
8cl soy sauce 8毫升 豉油
2cl Sauce nuoc-mam (Fish sauce) 2毫升魚露
40g Buckwheat 40克蕎麥
100g spinach shoot 100克菠菜苗
步驟
Step 1
Wash the vegetables and chop zucchini and broccoli into small pieces. Remove the stalks from the green beans.

Step 2
Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for 2 minutes and green beans for 5 minutes.

Cool them down in cold water and use kitchen towel to absorb the water.

Mince the sweet pepper and remove their seeds.

Heat the wok. Saute the beef until it is well-colored.

Season with a few of salt. Add zucchini, green beans, broccoli, and peas. Saute them for about 1 minute.

Season with soy sauce and fish sauce. Add the sweet pepper.

Use another heated wok to roast the Buckwheat

Plate the beef and vegetables. Add roasted buckwheat and spinach shoots on the dish before serving.
