Beef Stir-fry
鑊炒牛肉

  • 400g ground beef 400克牛肉碎

  • 3 cl olive oil 3茶匙橄欖油

  • 100g zucchini 100克翠肉瓜

  • 100g pea 100克豌豆

  • 100g Green bean 100克豆角

  • ½ pc. Broccoli 半個西蘭花

  • 1 pc. Sweet pepper 1個甜椒

  • 8cl soy sauce 8毫升 豉油

  • 2cl Sauce nuoc-mam (Fish sauce) 2毫升魚露

  • 40g Buckwheat 40克蕎麥

  • 100g spinach shoot 100克菠菜苗


步驟

Step 1


Wash the vegetables and chop zucchini and broccoli into small pieces. Remove the stalks from the green beans.

將蔬菜洗凈,並將翠肉瓜和西蘭花切成小塊。將豌豆去殼。


Step 2


Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for 2 minutes and green beans for 5 minutes.

將西蘭花放進煮沸的鹽水內煮2分鐘。青豆煮5分鐘。


Step 3


Cool them down in cold water and use kitchen towel to absorb the water.

把它們放進冷水內冷卻,並用廚房紙吸收水分。


Step 4


Mince the sweet pepper and remove their seeds.

將甜椒切碎和去籽


Step 5


Heat the wok. Saute the beef until it is well-colored.

加熱炒鍋。 將肉炒至顏色鮮豔。


Step 6


Season with a few of salt. Add zucchini, green beans, broccoli, and peas. Saute them for about 1 minute.

用少許鹽調味。 加入西葫蘆、青豆、西蘭花和豌豆炒約 1 分鐘。


Step 7


Season with soy sauce and fish sauce. Add the sweet pepper.

加少許豉油和魚露調味。最後加入甜椒。


Step 8


Use another heated wok to roast the Buckwheat

用另一個加熱的炒鍋來烤蕎麥。


Step 9


Plate the beef and vegetables. Add roasted buckwheat and spinach shoots on the dish before serving.

將牛肉和蔬菜上碟。最後加上烤好的蕎麥及菠菜苗。
