
Spaghetti Carbonara with Beef & Broccoli

1.Meat:
Step 1
Cut the meat into matchstick shapes. In a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, brown them for 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Drain them, keeping the cooking water. Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.
