Poke Bowl with French Beef and Grilled vegetables
法國牛肉烤時蔬波奇飯

材料

  • 700 g French beef rump steak 700克法國牛臀肉

  • 1 jar of pistou 1罐香蒜醬

  • 250 g quinoa 250克藜麥

  • 1 tbsp. herbes de Provence 1調羹普羅旺斯香草

  • 1/2 melon 半顆甜瓜

  • 6 slices of grilled zucchini 6片烤翠玉瓜

  • 8 portions of grilled pepper 8塊烤彩椒

  • 100 g arugula 100克火箭菜

  • 120 g cherry tomatoes 120克聖女果

  • 1 handful pine nuts 1把堅果

  • 1 jar of aubergine caviar 1罐茄子魚子醬

  • Cooking oil 食油

  • Sel, poivre 鹽,胡椒


步驟

Step 1

Cut the beef into a large slice. Spread with pistou, roll into a roast and tie. Marinate if necessary.

將牛肉切成大片,塗上香蒜醬,將肉捲起並扎緊。根據口味可醃製。


Step 2

Season with salt and a little oil.

撒上鹽、淋上油調味。


Step 3

Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 240°C. Season with pepper after.

烤箱提前預熱至240攝氏度,將捲起的牛肉放入烤箱炙烤20-25分鐘。烤熟後用胡椒佐味。


Step 4

Cook the quinoa with the herbes de Provence.

將藜麥和普羅旺斯香草一起煮熟。


Step 5

Cut the roast into thin slices and the melon into pieces.

將烤肉切成薄片,將香瓜切成小塊。


Step 6

Divide the quinoa, zucchini, peppers, arugula, cherry tomatoes and melon between plates.

將藜麥、翠玉瓜、胡椒、火箭菜、聖女果、香瓜分裝在不同盤子裡。


Step 7

Sprinkle with pine nuts.

撒上堅果。


Step 8

Serve the beef poke bowl with pistou and grilled vegetables with the aubergine caviar.

將食材一一放入碗中,淋上些許茄子魚子醬,即可食用。
