Step 1
Season the beef with salt. Place the beef on thyme or rosemary.

Cover the beef with thyme or rosemary and drizzle with cooking oil.

Step 3
Preheat the oven to 240 °C. Put the beef in the oven. Bake it for 16 – 18 minutes. Cover and let it cool.
