French Pepper Steak
2 pieces of 150 g thick beef steaks 2塊150克牛扒
2 tablespoons of ground black pepper 2茶匙黑胡椒碎
5 tablespoons of fresh cream soup 5茶匙忌廉湯
20 g butter 20克牛油
1 tablespoon of oil 1茶匙油
Salt and pepper 鹽和胡椒
Season the steak with the ground black pepper.
Heat the pan with some butter and oil, pan-fry the beef on high heat, 1 to 3 minutes per side, sprinkle some salt and keep warm. 用牛油和油加熱鍋，在高溫下煎牛肉，每邊1到3分鐘，撒鹽保溫。
Pour the cream in the pan, cook for 3 minutes, stir until the sauce becomes creamy. 將奶油倒入鍋中，煮3分鐘，攪拌至醬汁變稠。
