Flower-shaped French beef pizza with green salad

  • Garnishing 餡料:

    • 100 g ground French beef 100克法國碎牛肉

    • 10 cl tomato sauce 10厘升番茄汁

    • 3 cl olive oil 3厘升橄欖油

    • 50 g grated Emmental cheese 50克磨碎的艾民頓芝士(瑞士芝士)

    • 20 cherry tomatoes 20粒聖女果

    • 1 egg 1粒雞蛋

    • 100 g salad 100克沙律

    • salt and pepper 鹽、胡椒

  • Pizza dough 麵團:

    • 200 g flour 200克麵粉

    • 10 cl warm water 10厘升溫水

    • 4 cl olive oil 4厘升橄欖油

    • 5 g salt 5克鹽

    • 3 g sugar 3克糖

    • 5 g herbes de Provence 5克普羅旺斯香草

    • 1 tsp dry baker's yeast 1調羹乾性麵包酵母


Step 1

Mix flour, salt, sugar, herbes de Provence and baker's yeast. Add the olive oil, then the water, little by little, until the dough forms a ball.


Step 2

Let the dough ferment for one hour.


Step 3

Roll out with a rolling pin the dough very thinly. Spread the dough with the tomato sauce and add the grated cheese then the minced beef.


Step 4

Preheat oven to 180° C for 10 minutes. Then roll up the dough on itself, pressing tightly.


Step 5

Cut the roll into not-too-thick round slices, then place them on a baking tray and put in the oven. At the end of baking, add grated Emmental cheese to the pizza and turn the oven to the grill position for 5 minutes.


Step 6

Arrange the flower-shaped slices on a bed of salad, then add a few cherry tomatoes.
