Sushi Rice :
250g sushi rise 壽司飯
6cl rice vinegar白飯醋

Topping for the rolls :
500g beef tenderloin 500克牛腰肉

Sauce for the rolls:

1. Preparation for the beef and sushi rice 準備牛肉以及壽司飯
Step 1
Unfreeze the beef 30 minutes from the freezer. Then cut it into fine slices.

Step 2
Cook the rice. Heat the vinegar. Mix salt and sugar in the vinegar.

Step 3
Plate the rice and mix with the seasoned vinegar gentally.

Step 4
Cover the rice with a wet cloth. Let it cool to the room temperature.

2.Base of the sushi rolls 壽司卷的底部
Step 1
Shorten a sheet of nori into strips with 2.5 cm wide. Place rough side of nori on sushi rolling mat.

Step 2
Put the vinegar rice on the nori. Scatter mixed sesame.

Step 4
Press the rice carefully and turn it over with the mat, so that the sheet of nori is top of the rice.

Step 1
Peel the grapefruits to remove the skin and white membrane. Cut them into segments.

Place the grapefruits and avocados in a thick line on top of the nori sheet.

Step 1
Roll up the sushi roll by using the mat. Squeeze them gentally to shape.

Cut the third avocado into fine slices. Put the avocado and beef slices alternately on the top of the sushi rolls.

Squeeze gentally the roll with the mat. Cover the sushi roll with the plastic wrap. Cut the sushi roll into 6 pieces.
